Meta4

Founded in 2001, Meta4 can be a Finnish string quartet. The ensemble earned first reward in 2004 in the International Shostakovich Quartet Competition in Moscow, and in 2007 earned first reward in the International Joseph Haydn Chamber Music Competition in Vienna. In reputation from the group’s achievement, in 2007 Meta4 received the Finland Reward through the Finnish Minister of Tradition, and in 2008 became a BBC New Era Designer. The string quartet offers performed around European countries, with looks in Vienna, London, Madrid, Paris, and Stockholm, and participated in music celebrations, like the Oulunsalo Music Festival as well as the Kuhmo Chamber Music Festival.
