Mentallo & the Fixer

Brothers Gary and Dwayne Dassing formed the electronic/industrial group Mentallo & the Fixer in the late ’80s after period spent in Benestrophe. Located in Austin, TX, the brothers released No Rest for the Wicked in 1992 on Simbiose Information, but later agreed upon to Germany’s important Zoth Ommog label. After launching Revelations 23, Mentallo & the Fixer discovered an American house in Metropolis Information. Among the label’s preliminary produces, a re-release of Revelations 23 was accompanied by Where Angels Dread to Tread and Continuum that same calendar year. In 1997, the brothers Dassing documented their fifth record, Burnt Beyond Identification; it might be their last correct Mentallo & the Fixer discharge jointly, as Dwayne departed the group. Gary continuing as the lone person in Mentallo & the Fixer, launching Algorythum in 1999; Like Is the Laws appeared a calendar year later; Go back to Grimpen Ward was released in early 2001.
