Melk

Danish downtempo electronica production duo Melk produced their album debut in 2005. The duo is usually comprised of suppliers Anders Christophersen (aka Ormen, Aies, Pondul) and Rasmus Møbius (aka Brus), who produced their industrial debut as Melk in 2004 using the track “Hummel” on Tooth: A Statler & Waldorf Compilation. Furthermore to their cooperation as Melk, Christophersen and Møbius also show up respectively around the compilation as Aies (a cooperation with Trolle//Siebenhaar vocalist Ane Trolle) and Brus. In 2005 Melk produced their full-length recording debut with Sports activities around the Statler & Waldorf label. The recording features a selection of visitor vocalists (e.g., Trolle) and various beat-driven designs (mainly downtempo electronica, experimental hip-hop, and dub reggae). Many years later on Christophersen teamed up with Trolle once more, this time within the supergroup Balstyrko, who produced their TOP recording debut in ’09 2009 with Jagten Paa Noget.
