Meathook Seed

Meathook Seed, a part-time industrial-flavored loss of life metal task helmed by Napalm Loss of life guitarist Mitch Harris, released a set of albums at either end from the 1990s. The 1st, titled Embedded, surfaced in 1992 and discovered Harris (responsible for guitars and encoding) collaborating with Obituary users Donald Tardy (drums) and Trevor Peres (vocals) on what amounted to a loss of life/hardcore/commercial mishmash inspired partly by Napalm affiliates Godflesh and capped having a 13-tiny ambient/trance movement called “Ocean of Tranquility.” The next, amusingly named Fundamental Instructions Before Departing Globe (aka B.We.B.L.E.), showed up most of seven years later on and maintained the industrial components spread over a far more rock-based audio, but it found the Obituary men changed by vocalist Christopher Lamouret, program guitarist Russ Russel, Napalm Loss of life bassist Shane Embury, and Benediction drummer Ian Treacy. In every of this period, Meathook Seed just performed go on two events, and, around this composing, show no indication to be resurrected by Harris, who continues to be happily entangled using the apparently immortal Napalm Loss of life.
