Meadowlark

Meadowlark is Rick Cyge (acoustic guitar and mandolin) and flautist Lynn Trombetta. The piano was Cyge’s first device. He continued to understand the basics of composition, tranquility, and counterpoint; he perfected his technique and nourished his like of Celtic music within the folk picture around Boston. His essential inspiration on your guitar (specifically his usage of open up tuning) was the Algerian-born French guitarist Pierre Bensusan. Cyge fulfilled flautist Lynn Trombetta in Scottsdale, Az in 1991, plus they started performing regularly collectively as Meadowlark in 1993. Their music is particularly sensitive towards the reflective and restorative properties of character; these pictures are expressed within their 1st self-produced recording, Dance from the Sandpiper.
