Max Sedgley


Potential Sedgley was raised appreciating groove music from around the world. Whether from his father’s old-school R&B and funk collection or the reggae brought in to the home by his Jamaican mom, the effect was an upbringing steeped in tempo and soul. Potential made it apparent that he would be considered a drummer from an early on age group, banging on pans and pots as a young child and his initial drum kit a couple of years afterwards. A music instructor in school presented him to percussion great Adam Cutting blades, with whom he examined through the entire ’80s. Sedgley continued to review music at school in Edinburgh, learning Mozart throughout the day and immersing himself within the hip-hop/drum’n’bass music from the mid-’90s during the night. His debut one, “Content,” premiered in 2001, released to the United kingdom listening open public as ITV’s soccer theme song a couple of years afterwards. The one became a smash strike, selling a lot more than 250,000 copies and achieving number 30 for the nationwide singles graphs. With undeniable momentum behind him, Sedgley negotiated a cope with Weekend Best Information for his debut discharge. The record, entitled Through the Roots towards the Shoots, strike cabinets on July 17, 2006. Offering such singles as “Gradually,” “The Devil Inside,” and his anthem, “Content,” Sedgley’s debut begun to make waves throughout and outdoors his indigenous U.K. Utmost Sedgley tours single being a DJ and along with his five-piece music group, Utmost Sedgley & the Shoots.
