Max Herre

Though he was raised in a house where music was essential, Max Herre was initially subjected to hip-hop in college, and was instantly hooked. Primarily he listened exclusively to American rappers, but after hearing fellow Germans Advanced Chemistry he determined that he as well could rap in his indigenous tongue. In 1996 Herre became a member of up with Don Philippe and DJ Friction and shaped Freundeskreis, who released Quadratur des Kreises in 1997 and Esperanto in 1999. Once the group went on hiatus Herre started trying his hands at producing, 1st focusing on his wife (who he previously fulfilled when auditioning performers for “Mit Dir,” from Esperanto) Pleasure Denalane’s single debut, Mamani. In 2004 he released his personal debut, titled Utmost Herre, an assortment of funk, hip-hop, and rock and roll, and soon after he and Denalane helped to discovered Nesola Information, a label which in turn released her second recording — once more made by Herre — Created & Elevated in 2006, as the rapper got prepared to perform with Freundeskreis with time because of their ten-year anniversary.
