Matt Simons

A local of Palo Alto, California, singer/songwriter Matt Simons’ initial taste of success came, ironically, in European countries. Trained in traditional and jazz and efficient on several instruments, Simons acquired moved to NY to ply his trade being a pop craftsman. His passionate, piano-led music were in the centre of his self-released 2012 debut, Parts, which he advertised online using social media marketing. To Simons’ shock, he’d suddenly obtained a little but dedicated pursuing in holland and, after vacationing overseas to try out a small number of displays, his music was championed with a prominent tv writer. Shortly he was a superstar in Holland with an record that acquired reached amount 23 in the Dutch graphs. On the effectiveness of his one “With You,” he struck a cope with Sony in European countries, focusing his initiatives overseas while staying relatively obscure back the U.S. With a more substantial spending budget than before, Simons published and documented his follow-up recording working with numerous makers in Nashville, LA, and Holland. Released in 2014, Capture & Launch fared better still than his debut, climbing high into many European graphs thanks partly to a Dutch home remix from the name monitor that became lots one strike in Belgium the next year.
