Matt Corby

Matt Corby is a raspy-voiced Australian vocalist and songwriter with many charting, award-winning initial songs. Elevated on gospel music and later on creating a fondness for Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Youthful, Corby performed locally in his indigenous Sydney and toured having a chapel band before completing second on Australian Idol in 2007. Scorpio Music released his romantic, acoustic guitar-based debut EP, Track For…, in ’09 2009, and Corby relocated to London, Britain and signed using the Communion label. They released the EPs My False and Changeover to Colour this year 2010. The songwriter quickly had a few of his music certified for American and Australian tv series, including House and Aside and Siblings. In the mean time, he performed in the SXSW music event in in the U.S. furthermore to displays in Australia as well as the U.K., the second option which included support times with Elbow.
