Marty Symes

Lyricist Marty Symes remains to be a familiar name for 3 major music composed through the 1930s. Blessed in Brooklyn in 1904, Symes composed his initial two strikes, “Under a Blanket of Blue” and “It is the Chat of the city,” through the early ’30s with Jerry Levinson and Al J.
