Marty Lloyd

Following the demise of his long-time group, the Freddy Jones Band, Chicago native Marty Lloyd took the initiative to begin with a solo career and began focus on his debut album, Marigold, in his home studio. He courted experienced manufacturer Justin Niebank (with whom he proved helpful during his tenure within the Freddy Jones Music group), his previous FJB bandmate Rob Bonaccorsi, Michael Rhodes of Shawn Colvin’s group, among others to greatly help piece Marigold jointly. Because of Lloyd’s previous knowledge within the music sector, he chose never to store the documenting to brands until it had been completely finished in order to avoid compromising his eyesight, and it paid when Razor &Connect released Marigold in-may of 2003.
