Martha’s Trouble

The pop/rock duo Martha’s Trouble were formed from the husband-and-wife team of singer Jennifer Slocumb and guitarist Rob Slocumb in Ancaster, Ontario, Canada, in 1994. The duo later on relocated to Auburn, AL, and thereafter break up their time taken between there and their previous Canadian house. They released their debut recording, Tale of the Foreigner, independently Aisling label in 1998. It had been followed by THE STREET Ahead (Feb 5, 2000), the vacation EP Christmas Lamps (November 2002), Sleeping Canines (2003), Still (Apr 2003), Forget Oct (2005), as well as the EP EP (Feb 2008). For his or her second holiday saving, THIS YULETIDE, released November 11, 2008, the Slocumbs added guitarist Jacob Blount like a bandmember. Also becoming a member of the group because of its live performances had been Paul Dow (bass) and David Ytterberg (drums).
