Mark Brunswick

Brunswick studied with Boulanger and was connected with several Viennese music artists that included Webern. He trained at several schools before getting chairman from the music division at the town College of NY. His music is usually intense and simple and is created using the linear polyphony of 16th-century compositions. Brunswick published his personal verse for most of his vocal items. He also frequently used ancient greek language poetry for this function.
