Marco Granados

Venezuelan-born, New York-based flutist Marco Granados incorporates his love of traditional, folk, and jazz music into his different career being a teacher, recording artist, and single and ensemble performer. Granados continues to be particularly important in increasing the profile of Latin and Latin American music, assisting discovered the Amerigo Outfit and Camerata Latinoamericana, in addition to performing using the Philharmonic Orchestra of Lima in Peru, and with the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela among numerous others. Musical research also plays a big component in Granados’ lifestyle, being a pupil along with a instructor. He examined at Juilliard and in addition received a bachelor’s level in music in the Mannes University of Music, and participated in particular research with flute experts Adam Galway and Jean-Pierre Rampal. Granados’ debut single recording, Sunflute, arrived in 1999.
