Marco Antonio Muñiz

Referred to as El Embajador del Romanticismo (Romanticism Ambassador) and El Lujo de Mexico (Mexico’s Luxury), his live debut occurred in January 1946 in Ciudad Juarez. After shifting to Mexico Town, Marco Antonio Muñiz teamed up with Juan Neri and Héctor González developing an effective threesome known as Los Tres Ases. In 1960, he still left the favorite trio to pursue a single career, achieving unforgettable moments while performing with Javier Solis, Maria Felix, Pedro Vargas, and Lola Beltran among various other artists, getting the possibility to deliver his intimate ballads on the main stages all over the world, including New York’s Madison Rectangular Backyard and Paris’ Olympia. During five years, Marco Antonio Muñiz toured world-wide and released a lot more than 60 information. His legacy continues to be conserved by his sons Jorge Muñiz, vocalist and a Television host affectionally referred to as Un Coque, and Antonio Carlos Muñiz.
