Marc Albrecht

Known for his expertise in the operas of Wagner and Richard Strauss, aswell as his deep involvement in contemporary music, Marc Albrecht is certainly a frequent visitor conductor of Europe’s most prestigious orchestras and opera homes. He’s the boy of conductor George Alexander Albrecht, with whom he researched, and previous ballet dancer Corinne Albrecht. He continues to be an associate to Claudio Abbado using the Gustav Mahler Youngsters Orchestra and caused Gerd Albrecht on the Hamburg Condition Opera. He offered as the music movie director from the Staatsheater Darmstadt from 1995 to 2001 and was visitor conductor from the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
