José Ortega Heredia, referred to as Manzanita (small apple), grew up in the bosom of a family group pleased with their gypsy heritage. Troubadour Rafael Ortega García and dancer Trinidad Heredia Jiménez affected their boy to try the rhumba and flamenco picture. In the first ’70s, Amador Losada, Miguel Losada, and Alfonso Gabarre became a member of him to put together a normal flamenco band known as Los Chorbos. Their debut arrived in 1974 with Sonido Cañorroto. Nevertheless, Manzanita began tinkering with regional rhythms in 1978. That same 12 months, he made a decision to consider the first rung on the ladder of his effective solo career using the launch of Poco Ruido con Mucho Duende.
