Manuel Fernández Caballero

As students of Gil, Calvo and Fuertes, this Spanish composer learned piano, violin, flute, structure and tranquility. Caballero was also students of Vega, Eslava and Albeniz on the conservatory of music in Madrid. Until his eyesight failed him Caballero was a prolific and talented author of dramatic musical ratings with spoken dialogue with nationwide flavorings (zarzuelas). He could compose, perform and/or carry out his functions in Cuba, Lisbon, Madrid, and several places in SOUTH USA. Caballero also constructed several sacred functions including masses.
