Manezinho Araújo

Manezinho Araújo was presented with the title from the Rei da Embolada (Ruler of Embolada) because of his massive business achievement and mastery of the ancient Northeastern design comparable to rap being a percussive and declamatory genre. Manezinho discovered to sing emboladas with vocalist/composer Minona Carneiro. Learning Carmen Miranda, Almirante, and Josué de Barros after among their shows, Manezinho seduced their attention along with his interpretation of many of his emboladas and acquired their support when he transferred to Rio de Janeiro in 1933. Employed by Adhemar Casé for his renowned Programa Casé (where also performed Noel Rosa, among various other famous performers) at Rádio Philips, Manezinho documented his first record soon afterwards, accompanied by involvement in the movie theater, also performing emboladas. In his best (1933 to 1956), documented many albums as an interpreter, having his biggest strikes along with his compositions “Como Tem Zé na Em fun??o deíba” (with Catulo de Paula, re-recorded by Jackson perform Pandeiro), “Segura o Gato,” “Sá Turbina,” “Cuma É o Nome Dele?,” “Tadinho perform Manezinho,” “Quando European union Vejo a Margarida,” “O Carrité perform Coroné,” and “Pra Onde Vai, Valente?” He also acquired a smash with Luiz Gonzaga/Miguel Lima’s “Dezessete e Setecentos.”
