Malvina Reynolds

A topical songwriter who found prominence within the ’60s when she was at an age of which a lot of people retire, Malvina Reynolds is most beneficial generally known as the author from the satirical melody “Little Containers,” that was Pete Seeger’s just pop singles hit in 1964. She also published “What Possess They Done to the Rainfall,” popular for the Searchers in 1965. Her tunes likewise have been included in Joan Baez, Judy Collins, among others. Reynolds herself documented for Columbia (Malvina Reynolds Sings the reality), Folkways (A DIFFERENT COUNTRY Noticed From), and her personal Cassandra label. She also published children’s tunes and materials for it show Sesame Road.
