Biography
The Malibooz are an off-again-on-again browse group led by guitarist/singers John Zambetti and Walter Egan. With Chris Murray, they released an EP as students in 1964, accompanied by an individual, “Goin’ To Malibu.” However the drop in reputation for browse music resulted in the group’s dissolution. Egan and Zambetti enrolled at Georgetown University or college in 1966 and, with drummer Tom Scarp and vocalist Annie McLoone, created the rock and roll group Sageworth. Egan later on relocated to California, and Zambetti adopted after completing his medical research. Egan released a solo profession, and Zambetti performed in his back-up band. Egan positioned three albums within the nationwide graphs between 1977 and 1983, and obtained a gold, TOP solitary with “Magnet And Metal” in 1978. In 1981, in the prompting of Rhino Information, Zambetti and Egan reformed the Malibooz and released the recording Malibooz Guideline!
