Biography
The Malibooz are an off-again-on-again browse group led by guitarist/singers John Zambetti and Walter Egan. With Chris Murray, they released an EP as students in 1964, accompanied by an individual, “Goin’ To Malibu.” However the drop in reputation for browse music resulted in the group’s dissolution. Egan and Zambetti enrolled at Georgetown University or college in 1966 and, with drummer Tom Scarp and vocalist Annie McLoone, created the rock and roll group Sageworth. Egan later on relocated to California, and Zambetti adopted after completing his medical research. Egan released a solo profession, and Zambetti performed in his back-up band.
