Malcolm Vaughan

b. Abercynon, Mid Glamorgan, Wales. A favorite ballad vocalist with a solid tenor tone of voice, Vaughan first produced the feeling in the first 50s because the “performing straight guy” inside a dual take action with comedian Kenny Earle. His UK tv appearances included Weekend Night IN THE London Palladium, Startime, Sunday Spectacular, Music Store, Melody Dances as well as the Jack Jackson Display. After surviving the original onslaught of rock and roll ‘n’ move, Vaughan’s recording profession suffered, alongside so numerous others of his design, when confronted with the 60s defeat boom. In the first area of the 10 years he still maintained a link with Earle, although with range within the wane, night clubs and cabaret had been the primary showplaces.
