Malcolm Burn

A Canadian émigré who right now phone calls New Orleans his house base, Malcolm Burn off is admittedly influenced deeply from the atmospheric design of Daniel Lanois. The maker first fulfilled his mentor while playing in Kids Brigade, an early-’80s Canadian glam music group. Though the preliminary meeting was only a passing instant, Burn was ultimately known as to New Orleans by Lanois to greatly help create the latter’s single album, Acadie. Since that time, Burn has place his ethereal stamp on such strikes as “Sunny Arrived House” by Shawn Colvin as well as the John Mellancamp recording Human Wheels.
