Majestic

Majestic shaped in Southern California in 1995 as Majestic 12. As Majestic 12, they released their upbeat pop on some mini-albums. When vocalist Jana Wittren still left the music group in 1997, the rest of the people regrouped and renamed themselves Majestic. Although some from the band’s recordings feature up to dozen members, the principal music group features Scott Schultz on vocals, Aaron Watene on drums, Steve Berrett on bass, Jarond Gibbs on electric guitar, Aamon Watene on electric guitar, and Ron Berrett and Steve Berrett on piano and Wurlitzer. Their debut full-length as Majestic, Live It Up!, premiered on Shelflife Information in 1998 and was re-released with reward paths in 1999 on Japan’s Shade Vendor Information and Apartment Information. The record received important acclaim because of its unfettered selection of organ-based indie pop. Majestic liked a keen response with their performance in the 1999 SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA Pop Event, and continued to enlarge their group of fans, largely by person to person. Peter Quinnel became a member of the music group on drums and Ruth Schultz and Sarah Windes became a member of on vocals for another album. AWAKEN, TURN OUT and Play! premiered in past due 2001 on Shelflife, with another unique release released in Japan, this time around on Wah! and P-Vine Information. The band in addition has appeared on numerous compilations.
