Mahogany Rush

This Hendrix-influenced power trio from Montreal comprised guitarist Frank Marino, bassist Paul Harwood and drummer Jim Ayoub. The music group released albums through the entire ’70s, including Maxoom (1972), Kid from the Novelty (1974), Unusual Universe (1975), Mahogany Hurry IV (1976), Globe Anthem (1977), Live (1978) and Stories of the Unpredicted (1979). The music group became referred to as Frank Marino and Mahogany Hurry after 1980’s What’s Following, then basically Frank Marino after Jim Ayoub remaining.
