Magdolna Rúsza

Also called Magdi, Magdolna Rúsza is a Serbian-born, Hungary-based pop singer, who — albeit controversially — was chosen in 2006 to represent Hungary in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest, held that year in Helsinki. Delivered in the 28th of November in 1985, Magdi would make her initial waves as a competition in the local skill competition circuit (Ki Mit Tud as well as the 2004 Lira Pop Celebration), and performing as vocalist for an organization known as Madness. Her appearance on the 2006 Megasztár competition — and following appearance on that show’s finalist compilation — produced Rúsza children name. In 2008, she discovered herself hitting the very best Ten around the Hungarian recording charts having a live collection. She designated the beginning of her 1st tour in 2007.
