German punk-pop clothing Madsen derived its moniker in the surname from the 3 Madsen brothers on the lineup’s primary: vocalist/guitarist Sebastian, business lead guitarist Johannes, and drummer Sascha, all items from the Wendlands region. The siblings started collaborating as teenagers and in the past due ’90s produced the hard rock-band Alice’s Weapon. The rap-metal task Hoerstuatz later implemented, and in 2004 they shifted their emphasis just as before to punk, recruiting bassist Niko Maurer and keyboardist Folkert Jahnke to comprehensive the Madsen roster. At year’s end the quintet agreed upon to General Music, issuing its debut one, “Die Perfektion,” in the springtime of 2005. Madsen’s self-titled record followed weeks afterwards, getting into the German Best 20 on the effectiveness of well-received shows at high-profile celebrations including Rock and roll am Band and Nova Rock and roll. Their 2006 follow-up, Goodbye Logik, fared better still, reaching the TOP.
