Mad Pudding

A Canadian folk group whose eclectic repertoire prolonged from traditional Celtic ballads to addresses of Sly & the Family members Rock funk jams, Mad Pudding were formed in Vancouver, Uk Columbia, through the past due ’80s by singers and multi-instrumentalists Andy Hillhouse and Amy Stephen, fiddler Cam Wilson, and bassist Richard Ernst. After adding drummer John Hildebrand in 1993, Mad Pudding documented their debut LP, Bruce’s Veggie Garden, a 12 months later on; Ernst exited a short while after, and was changed by French-born bassist and pianist Boris Favre. The quintet’s second recording, Dirt and Rock, adopted in 1996; Rattle within the Stovepipe made an appearance a year later on, and in 1999 Mad Pudding resurfaced with Grand Resort.
