Machine Go Boom

Cleveland indie rockers Machine Move Growth are primarily a car for the eclectic vocalist/songwriter Mikey Machine, who had started a single career having a self-titled 2001 album before forming the music group with business lead guitarist Mike Uva, keyboardist Carrie Bukala, bassist Brian “Bubbles” O’Connor, and drummer Arran Biggart. The very first Machine Go Growth album, MANY THANKS Captain Obvious, premiered from the Collectible Escalators label in 2004, having a quirky fusion of components which range from Pavement, Led by Voices, as well as the Pixies towards the anti-folk vocalist/songwriters and alt-country people like Will Oldham’s many guises. Carrying out a change in business lead guitarists, with Uva changed by Kevin Jaworski, Machine Proceed Growth released their second recording, Music for Parents, within the springtime of 2007.
