Effective arranger/conductor Lírio Panicali worked for most best artists, especially Cauby Peixoto, Tito Madi, and Orquestra Zacarias. With Lamartine Babo, he composed the fox “Saias Curtas” around 1922. He was among the founders (in 1950) as well as the creative director from the Sinter documenting firm, where he documented his initial LP in 1950, Orquestra Melódica de Lírio Panicali, also documenting many Carnival strikes for that firm. He also acquired success as author of designs for the cleaning soap operas of Rádio Nacional, just like the valses “Ternura” (with Amaral Gurgel), “Magia” (with Raimundo Lopes), and “Encantamento.” He composed for the movie theater, including soundtracks for the movies Aves Sem Ninhos (1939), Moleque Tião (1943), Este Mundo É Um Pandeiro (1947), Dupla perform Baralho (1953), and Nem Sansão Nem Dalila (1954). In 1922, he was conductor and pianist from the Companhia Negra de Revista. He proved helpful at Rádio São Paulo (São Paulo) before shifting to Rádio Nacional (Rio de Janeiro) in 1938, where he caused many top performers, mainly Almirante. For the reason that calendar year, he arranged the Orquestra Melódica Lírio Panicali. As well as Paulo Roberto, he made the famous present Lira perform Xopotó on the Rádio Nacional, focused on upcountry rings. He was conductor of the air of the Country wide Section of Education (Rádio MEC) and in addition composed many soundtracks for Television cleaning soap operas after 1960.
