Tenor saxophonist Lynn Wish was noted for his clothes and instrumental remakes of established pre-rock pop anthems. Wish joined Ruler Kolax’s music group when he graduated from senior high school in Birmingham through the ’40s. He afterwards changed into Islam, and became observed for putting on a turban, though few ever known as him Al Hajji Abdullah Rascheed Ahmed.
