Ian Matthews And Southern Ease and comfort and Soft Machine. He released a single recording, Jam Sandwich, in 1974. Although his early affects ranged from the folk-blues of Sonny Terry and the brand new Orleans piano playing of Jelly Move Morton towards the advanced jazz of the present day Jazz Quartet, Dobson’s music became a lot more varied, incorporating components of Baltic, Chinese language, Indian and Celtic and contemporary classical music. Going for a hiatus from music within the 1980s, Dobson worked well in theatre, dance, theatre and media productions. His latest work has centered on offering music therapy for handicapped people. His Sound And Color Therapy workshops involve curing through harmonic overtones created within the saxophone.
