Lying in States

Chicago indie rock and roll outfit Laying in Expresses came as well as Justin Trombly (bass), Fergus Kaiser (guitar), Ben Clarke (vocals/guitar), Tag Benson (drums), and Jeremy Ohmes (keyboards) in 1999. Streamlining a quirky punk-inspired audio comparable to Drive Like Jehu as well as the Constantines, Laying in Expresses toured the Midwest for another 2 yrs. They gained a lot of publicity by writing the stage with Rainer Maria, Scorching Hot Temperature, Rye Coalition, and Denali. The Bewildered Herd EP was released on Harmless Information in 2002. A season later, the music group joined up with engineer Scott Adamson (Joan of Arc, the Arrivals) at Semaphore Studios within the Windy Town for the documenting of Laying in Expresses’ correct full-length. Most EVERY EVENING premiered in January 2004.
