Luna Halo

The Nashville-based rock outfit Luna Halo focus on the talents of lead vocalist/guitarist Nathan Barlowe. Given birth to in Raleigh, NC, Barlowe in the beginning honed his abilities with Reality Examine, a modern rock and roll Christian clothing, before developing Luna Halo in 1999. The band’s CCM-oriented debut recording, Shimmer, premiered by Sparrow Information in 2000. Regardless of the album’s reviews that are positive, Barlowe grew sick and tired of the Christian sector and subsequently still left Sparrow’s roster. A fresh lineup was steadily set up (including Barlowe’s youthful sibling, guitarist Cary Barlowe), as well as the modified band released a small number of EPs while touring with famous brands Hoobastank and Velvet Revolver. A cope with American Recordings surfaced in 2005; 2 yrs afterwards, Luna Halo released their self-titled sophomore work on American/Columbia Information.
