Costa Rican singer/songwriter Luis Angel Castro began his single career at age 17. After he graduated from Costa Rica School, holding a idea level, the talented musician decided to try music, his true passion since he began participating in classes at age nine. In 1983, Luis Angel Castro emerged in first place after taking part in a school festival along with his tune “Cocorí.” He shortly toured around SOUTH USA, recording his initial album, known as Autoretrato, in cassette format in 1984. After issuing 1987’s Retratos, 1991’s Contra Un Viento, and signing up for different regional and international celebrations, Luis Angel Castro released his initial compact disc, known as Puerto Viejo, in 1996. 2 yrs afterwards, he founded his very own label, Walaba Productions.
