Lucy, the pseudonym of Italian maker, DJ, and label owner Luca Mortellaro, is becoming synonymous using the explosion from the late-noughties Berlin techno picture. Created in Palermo, Italy, Mortellaro was raised hearing old-school hip-hop and jungle, with age 18, a desire for percussion, drumming, and tempo drew him to Siena, Italy to review.
