Luce Dufault

Luce Dufault reigned for over ten years among the most popular Francophone functions in her local Canada. Given birth to August 19, 1966, in Orléans, Ontario, she performed in regional stores while in her mid-teens, later on becoming a member of the blues-inspired group Steady Mates. In 1992 she was solid in the stage musical La Légende de Jimmy, adopted a year later on from the discharge of her debut one, “Quand les Hommes Vivront d’Amour.” Also in 1993, Dufault was ensemble as Marie-Jeanne within a revival from the David Bowie rock and roll opera homage Starmania. She released her self-titled debut LP in the springtime of 1996, earning a Félix Award along the way. Des Millards de Choses made an appearance in 1998, additional expanding her developing group of fans. The 2000 live acoustic established Soir de Première was Dufault’s first Québecois chart-topper, but she spent a lot of the entire year to follow increasing her family members before finally resurfacing in later 2001 with Au-Del? des Mots. Dufault alternated between professional and personal pursuits through the entire remainder from the 10 years, finally ending an extended hiatus with 2004’s Bleu. Its follow-up, Demi-Jour, was another 3 years in the producing, but her group of fans continued to be intact, vaulting the record in to the Canadian Best 20.
