Luca Ranieri can be an Italian violist. He was informed on the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory of Milan and had taken education from Emilio Poggioni. After graduating with honors, he competed for the positioning of violist using the Teatro alla Scala Orchestra, which he loaded from 1993 to 1999. In following years, he made an appearance frequently being a concerto soloist so that as the initial chair violist from the RAI Country wide Symphony Orchestra. He provides performed as soloist with I Cameristi della Scala Orchestra, I Pomeriggi Musicali of Milan, as well as the Orchestra di Padova, among various other ensembles, and he spent some time working with conductors Lorin Maazel, Myung-Whun Chung, Wolfgang Sawallisch, Giuseppe Sinopoli, Yuri Temirkanov, Valery Gergiev, Riccardo Muti, Georges Prêtre, Mstislav Rostropovich, Riccardo Chailly, and Zubin Mehta. Ranieri’s documenting from the Bach Single Cello Suites, transcribed for viola, premiered by Camerata this year 2010.
