Lower Dens

Based away of Baltimore, Maryland, Reduced Dens is among the many part tasks from singer/songwriter Jana Hunter. Hunter can be became a member of by guitarist Can Adams, bassist Geoff Graham, and drummer Abram Sanders. Collectively, the freak folk quartet includes a sound that’s psychedelic and murky, embodying the experimental character from the Baltimore music picture with tracks that are similar parts reverb-drenched folk and swirling atmosphere. After playing a string of home shows, Decrease Dens went in to the studio room to record its 1st recording with Chris Freeland (of Oxes popularity). This year 2010, the music group released its full-length debut, Twin-Hand Motion, on Devendra Banhart’s Gnomonsong label. In the weeks that adopted the group would refine its audio through touring and experimentation. Sanders stepped down as drummer in 2011, changed by Nate Nelson. The music group was also done with extra guitarist/keyboardist Carter Tanton. This extended version from the band came back in 2012 with sophomore recording Nootropics. In early 2015 the music group released its third studio room long-player, Get away from Bad, via Ribbon Music.
