Low Fat Getting High

A wily hardcore punk rock and roll trio using a penchant for dialing in thick blasts of vintage Metallica and Mudhoney, Nirvana, and Dinosaur Jr.-period grunge, Brooklyn’s ZERO FAT Getting Great describe their audio as “post-noise-grunge-core-shredding.” Produced in 2011, the music group includes frontman/guitarist Michael Sincavage, bass participant Artie Tan, and drummer Kaleen Reading, most of whom had been frustrated N.Con.C. music artists that fulfilled via classified advertisements on Craigslist. The trio released their debut EP, Poor Yoga exercises, in 2013, accompanied by an eponymous full-length outing in 2014, the last mentioned of which appeared via the Brooklyn-based indie label Cash Fire Records.
