Lovers Electric

Playing tuneful but energetic pop music that remember the impact of ’80s fresh wave and dance-pop, Lovers Electric are an Australian duo made up of lead vocalist and instrumentalist Eden Boucher and instrumentalist/singer David Turley. Boucher and Turley had been childhood close friends who both was raised having a precocious innovative bent; Turley’s mom was a specialist pianist and he offered his 1st recital at age 11, as the people of Boucher’s family members had been travelers and she primarily pursued a profession like a designer. In 2005, Boucher and Turley had been both surviving in Adelaide, Australia, and made a decision to type a music group. Choosing the name Enthusiasts Electric, they started recording materials in Turley’s house studio room and released their 1st solitary, “Honey,” through Shell Information in nov 2006, with Fuzz Townshend seated in on drums. A full-length recording, simply titled Enthusiasts Electric, adopted in Dec 2006. Lovers Electric powered headed from a tour of america, and in the springtime of 2007 they obtained a large break, being selected as support work for a significant Western reunion tour for English synth pop pioneers Orchestral Manoeuvres at night.
