Louis Lemaire

Lemaire was students of Sebastien de Brossard who was simply the organist in Meaux Cathedral. Learning to be a mentioned vocal composer in Paris he had been released in 1712 by Ballard: notably a level of airs. It really is believed that Lemaire made up eight separate quantities of airs but just six are extant. “Les quatre saisons” (the four seaons) was released in 1724 that was a compilation of four cantatas Lemaire published; but, his preferred genre was the French cantatille (a French Rococo edition from the French Baroque cantata). Many of these compositions had been established for high voices with violin and flute accompaniment and an intermittent musette or vielle. Lemaire added over sixty cantatilles through the elevation of their reputation and his functions had been included in many anthologies and concerts. Lemaire also constructed two amounts of motets.
