Louis-François Dauprat

A horn participant from France who was simply the winner from the 1st “leading prix” for any horn participant. Dauprat journeyed with military rings before completing his research at the Country wide Institute of Music (which experienced by this time around end up being the Conservatoire). As an associate professor in the Conservatoire, Dauprat became a complete teacher in 1816 until 1842. Of these years he also performed in the “courts” of Napoleon, Louis XVIII, Charles X and Louis-Phillipe.
