Lost Gonzo Band

In the first 70s many country and rock and roll music artists resolved in Austin, Texas, and an integral venue was the Armadillo World Headquarters. Right here Jerry Jeff Walker recruited the music artists to back again him with an record to manufactured in Luckenbach, Tx. The record, documented in August 1973, was known as Viva Terlingua! as well as the music artists were called the Shed Gonzo Music group. The mainstays had been Gary P. Nunn (keyboards, vocals) and Bob Livingston (bass, vocals), along with Michael McGeary, Supplement Steiner, Craig Hillis and Kelly Dunn. The music group toured with Walker for five years and trim single albums. The line-up transformed but a significant addition was John Inmon (lead electric guitar). They do session work independently and also caused Ray Wylie Hubbard. In 1990 Jerry Jeff Walker re-formed the music group (Inmon, Livingston and drummer Freddie Krc) for the Gonzo Compadres. The Shed Gonzo Band has recorded two even more albums, the existing personnel becoming Inmon, Livingston, Riley Osborne (keyboards), Tomas Ramirez (saxophone), Paul Pearcy (drums) and maker Lloyd Maines (metal acoustic guitar). They describe themselves quite accurately as ‘a rock and roll ‘n’ move jazz nation reggae R&B Tx roadhouse music group.’
