Lost & Found

This US group was formed in Houston, Texas in 1965 and originally referred to as the Misfits. The quartet – Jimmy Frost (lead electric guitar), Peter Dark (electric guitar/vocals), Adam Harrell (bass), and Steve Webb (drums) – liked a residency on the town’s Living Eyesight Membership and became friendly using the Thirteenth Flooring Elevators following regular travels to Austin. The last mentioned’s guitarist, Roky Erickson, released Lost And Present towards the International Performers label, a debts they repaid by like the Elevator’s ‘Don’t Fall Down’ on Everybody’s Right here. Although pleasurable, the record lacked incisiveness, but a afterwards single, ‘When DO YOU WANT TO Arrive Through?’/‘Teacher Dark’, showed a larger feeling of purpose. Shed And Found split in 1968, although Dark and Harrell resurfaced in stablemates Endle (last mentioned Potter) St. Cloud.
