The ’90s alt-rock revivalists Lost Boy ? began as the bed room recording task of Long Isle indigenous Davey Jones in the past due 2000s. Functioning fast and with inexpensive tools, Jones spent his formative musical years cranking out tracks, self-releasing singles, cassettes, and CDs to increasingly more acclaim. His 2011 launch USA USA collected the right notices in the press and he started touring more, utilizing a rotating assortment of music artists. In 2012, Jones became a member of the music group Baked as guitarist, a move that slowed up Shed Boy ?’s result just a little. In 2014, the Lost EP premiered from the Exploding in Audio label. By this time around Jones had produced Lost Boy ? a genuine music group, adding Ryan Foster on acoustic guitar, RJ Gordon on bass, and Matt Gaffney on drums. They documented an album collectively, planning to launch it in the summertime of 2014, but problems with their label led them to discover a new home for this. PaperCup snapped them up and released Canned in early 2015.
