Los Cenzontles

Los Cenzontles, translated to British seeing that “the Mockingbirds,” aren’t a lot a everlasting group being a floating outfit. Produced in 1989, Los Cenzontles grew from the Los Cenzontles Mexican Arts Middle in San Pablo, California, a city in the East Bay from the San Francisco region. These were founded by movie director Eugene Rodriguez with the purpose of executing traditional and well-known Mexican music and dance such that it would encourage participation by young metropolitan individuals. Playing in an array of designs, from mariachi to ballad and tropical, Los Cenzontles released five CDs between 1997 and 2000. Selected songs from those five produces were utilized for the Arhoolie compilation De Une Bonita.
