London O’Connor

Mixing bedroom rap, tender R&B, and hazy synth-pop right into a dreamy, witty appear all his personal, songwriter/producer London O’Connor was raised in San Marcos, California, a sleepy NORTH PARK suburb. O’Connor were able to find motivation in his hometown’s stultifying boredom, composing songs, documenting mixtapes, and producing narrated field recordings he known as “Captain’s logs.” After graduating from senior high school, he analyzed music at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute and quickly became a fixture of NY City’s scene, keeping track of professional photographer Ryan McGinley and maker/engineer Nick Sansano among his close friends and collaborators. He self-released his debut recording O∆ (pronounced “group triangle”) as a free of charge download in 2015. Mixed and perfected by Bob Capabilities — known for his use D’Angelo, the Origins, and A Tribe Known as Mission — the recording was re-released by Accurate Panther in early 2017.
