Lola Black

Colorado hard rock and roll quintet Lola Dark is fronted with the fierce frontwoman from the same name, delivered Lola Montez. Along with her hubby Chris “Crispy” Dellinger, she shaped the music group in Aurora in 2008. Made up of people from other regional Denver-area bands, the first incarnation of Lola Dark veered toward the punk and hardcore aspect of the rock and roll spectrum and got a single discharge, Plastic material Dashboard Jesus. After a lineup modification, Lola Black came back in 2012 using the punky Dia de Los Borrachos. Using a hard-partying nature, the EP was a raucous mixture of the Distillers and Joan Jett. In 2014, they moved into a relationship with Jagermeister and installed with manufacturer Sid Riggs (Seether, Saliva) because of their next discharge, Til Death Perform Us Component. The heavier, even more goth-metal feel revealed a fresh vocal design for Montez, incorporating bloody screams just like Brody Dalle. Amassing a big following within their hometown picture and winning several local music honours, they continuing to grow, starting for WITH THIS Instant and Queensrÿche, and becoming a member of the lineups for the big-ticket rock and roll festivals through the entire USA in the summertime of 2016. That same 12 months, Lola Dark — with users Taylor Steele (acoustic guitar), Paige O’Meara (acoustic guitar), and Kyle Aravais (drums) — released the solitary “Sorrow and Sin.” Made by Bob Marlette (Rob Zombie, Seether, Alice Cooper), the goth metallic track strike as hard as Halestorm, Stitched Up Heart, and Bellusira.
