Vocalist/songwriter Liz Durrett was created in Rome, GA, in 1978. She was mentored and prompted in her music by her uncle, vocalist/songwriter Vic Chesnutt. As an adolescent in the first to middle-’90s, while going to high school and, for a yr, the College or university of Georgia at Athens, she documented her tracks with Chesnutt creating. She shifted to Oakland, CA, where she resided for a couple years while her sweetheart, whom she afterwards married, went to the SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA Art Institute. They came back to Athens, where she started performing in night clubs. On Feb 22, 2005, WARM Electronic Recordings belatedly released Husk, a assortment of her teenage recordings, and she begun to perform even more broadly, touring the East Coastline with Crooked Fingertips in March 2005 and European countries within Chesnutt’s music group that springtime. Her second, recently recorded, record, The Mezzanine, premiered on January 24, 2006, and she spent the entire year touring the U.S. thoroughly. In Feb 2008, she toured Italy. Her third record, Outside Our Gates, premiered Sept 9, 2008,
